We encourage, patients to register for Patient Services as soon as possible, alternatively use one of the other options to order prescriptions. 

The process is easy - if have not already done so, please complete the following form to register for Patient Services and hand in to reception. We will register you then send you log in details.

• Call us 8 am-8 pm, Monday to Friday, select option 1 
• Use the right side of your prescription & post through the mailbox in the foyer. 

Collection of your prescription from the pharmacy will normally be within 3 to 5 working days after you have ordered it.  

Please allow 72 hours before collecting prescriptions from the surgery, unless advised otherwise.
