Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed, if appropriate. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

You can register for Vision Online Services and order your repeats from your own records.  You will also be able to make/cancel appointments using this service.  Please complete the form below and hand in to reception with photo ID and they will give you the information to enable you to create a username and password.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are printed on the computer.  Please retain the re-order slip and allow 2 working days from the request arriving at the surgery to collection here.

Our patients will no longer be able to order their repeat prescription using a pharmacy managed repeat system.

Patients who have a weekly dispensed dosette box or bubble pack managed by the pharmacy will remain unaffected by this change.  Your preferred pharmacy will also still be able to collect your prescription from the surgery on your behalf.

You can order your repeat prescription using any of the following options:

Phone the surgery at any time (24 hour prescription line) and select option 1 to leave your repeat prescription request.

In person or by post. There is a mail box at front of surgery which can be accessed at any time.

Order online.  It’s easy to register - Online Service Registration Form This new online service is connected to your medical record and will list your repeat medication.
