ORDERING YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

You can order your repeat prescription using any of the following options:-

Order online. It’s easy to register - registration form can be found under prescriptions tab.

Phone the surgery at any time (24 hour phone line) and select option 1 to leave your repeat prescription request.

In person or by post. There is a mail box at front of surgery which can be accessed at any time.

Health Checks

Health checks are available on request with initial screening by our practice nurse.  We always offer a health check on joining the practice and new patients are asked to take up this facility as this helps us to identify early on any health needs you may have.

From time to time alterations may be needed in these services for the purposes of improvement.
