Although you may be registered with one doctor you are encouraged to see any doctor you may wish to discuss your problem with.

However, you do have the right to express a preference to receive treatment from a particular health care professional.  For those patients who do not attend on a regular basis, consultations will continue to be provided when requested.

Surgeries with GPs and nurses are by appointment which can be made personally at the reception desk or by telephone.  Most of our appointments are "book on the day" which means patients should call at 8 am to arrange an appointment for that day.  The practice offers a range of morning and afternoon appointment times 5 days a week to patients, including an early morning surgery from 7am-8am on a Tuesday.  The practice also offers some pre-bookable appointments and some telephone call backs every day. 

For house visits, which are for patients too elderly, frail, or unable to come to the surgery please call before 10 am.

Our receptionists can advise you on available appointment times.

Our GPs only speak English however we can arrange interpreting services for Ethnic Minorities if required.  Please speak to reception if you require this service.
