DWP APPEAL LETTERS

Unfortunately the practice are no longer able to issue letters of support for appeals for the DWP.  We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

ORDERING YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

You can order your repeat prescription using any of the following options:-

Order online. It’s easy to register - registration form can be found under prescriptions tab.

Phone the surgery at any time (24 hour phone line) and select option 1 to leave your repeat prescription request.

In person or by post. There is a mail box at front of surgery which can be accessed at any time.

 

When We Are Closed

At Night and During Weekends

red_clockIf you telephone the Health Centre out of hours you will hear a message asking you to call NHS 24. You can also 'phone NHS 24 direct on 111.

You can also visit  http://www.nhs24.com.

An experienced NHS 24 nurse will assess your symptoms and provide advice to help you look after yourself at home. If you need further assessment or treatment, either from a GP or at a local hospital, NHS 24's nurse will arrange this for you with existing local services.

In order to carry out an accurate assessment you will be asked for the following information: your name, address, telephone number, GP and any current medication.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
